In 1958, P.P. Shreemad Dwarakanatha Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji visited Dandeli and advised the community to maintain their cultural roots. Following Their vision, 2.25 acres of land was acquired. The construction was completed under the leadership of P.P. Shreemad Vidyadhiraja Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji. The Krishnashila idol of Shree Venkataramana was installed on March 26, 1992. Later, to meet the growing social needs of the community, the 'Shree Vidyadhiraj Sabhabhavana' was inaugurated on July 14, 2003.
